Case Study - Mezzanine Floors

Flowervision (Bristol) Ltd. had a requirement for a Mezzanine Floor in their existing warehouse to create an additional 3500 sq ft to form a new sundries department.
Andrew Jones (Managing Director - Flowervision) wanted to appoint a contractor that he was confident could take on the whole project, including all building regulations requirements, and produce a high quality finish, all within the allotted timescale
Space Design were awarded the contract, and were given a 3 week period to complete the whole project, as the new department had to be fully operational for the date of the planned “Grand Opening”.
With meticulous design work, pre-planning and effective on-site project management, the installation was completed on time and to budget.
The new department has been extremely well received by all customers and staff, and the expansion has enabled Flowervision to vastly increase its product lines .
